At Red Ribbon Bakeshop, we take pride in the quality of our cakes and pastries; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave our store. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right through a replacement or store credit.

    Keep your original receipt and take clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your claim efficiently.

    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, offer a product exchange, a replacement for the next available pickup, or a digital gift voucher.
